Late arrival policy
We have a no late arrivals policy, which means that classes start exactly on time and latecomers will not be able to attend.
We strongly recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes early, as indicated in our emails. If your class starts at 9:00, you will not be able to attend after 9:00. This policy ensures that the class runs smoothly and that everyone can fully participate in the warm-up.
The warm-up is an essential part of the session, as it helps prevent injuries and physical discomfort. Missing this part of the class can increase the risk of injury.
Cancellation policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy: You can cancel a session up to 24 hours before the class, but no refund or credit will be given. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you will receive a refund or credit.
This policy ensures that everyone has a fair chance to participate and prevents empty spots in the class.
Failed Direct Debit Policy
In the event of a failed SEPA direct debit, an additional fee of €7.50 will be charged to the member. This surcharge is applied because our payment provider, Stripe, passes these costs on to us for each unsuccessful collection.
